Emergency First Response
Emergency First Response provides the training needed to perform CPR and First Aid. Whether a diver or a non-diver, Emergency First Response prepares students to properly handle potentially life-threatening situations.

This course was recently designed by PADI to provide its instructors the most up to date, comprehensive first aid and CPR course, including training on Automated External Defibrillators (AED’s) which have recently been installed in public buildings such as airports.

This course satisfies the PADI Rescue Diver CPR prerequisite.

Prerequisites
None. There is no diving certification needed or minimum age. This is a great course for the entire family to take in order to be prepared for medical emergencies.

Materials
Participant Pack - which includes manual, binder and
first aid pack. – is included in the cost of the course.

Course Overview
This comprehensive program is composed of two core modules that can be taught in tandem or as stand-alone courses:

Emergency First Response
   ▪
Primary Care and
   ▪ Emergency First Response
   ▪
Secondary Care.

Together, these courses proved extensive instruction in CPR and First Aid, as well as providing optional (yet recommended) Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and Emergency Oxygen sections.

How long will it take?
Depending on the amount of home study, the Primary and Secondary courses maybe completed in as little as four hours.
